Details: It´s a 1996 Isuzu Rodeo 4x4. It´s red it has 154,000 miles on it. (Automatic) 6clyl, with power windows. The driver´s side front window is not working. The passenger side rear window sticks. Power locks works great. Heat and cold air works great.I have replaced the the alternator with a brand new one. The four tires on the truck have been replaced. With good used tires from Big O tires. The spare tire on the back is flat and needs to be fixed or replaced. It also has a new battery only three month´s old. I just replaced the spark plugs a month ago. It has some rust under the body and needs some muffler work.The whole exsaust is loose and needs to be fixed or replaced. It has a good motor and transmission it is completly driveable. The interior is a little worn. It needs a rear main seal and has a small oil leak. The back hatch has weaken and will not stay up unless you hold it up. The Drivers side rear door has been replaced its a little different color red. There is a little damage to the outside of the frame behind this new door. It gets pretty good gas mileage about 28 MPG. I have had no major problems with this truck. I would drive it anywhere. I am mostly selling it because I want to try out other cars. It´s a good runner and gets you from A to B. It has been a good reliable form of transportation. I might be flexible with the price. Only serious offers will be excepted. Details: I have a bike I´m wanting to buy so cash $ will talk, so I will also consider a cash offer this week only!!!Here´s the story, I just rebuilt the entire top end of the motor from the block up in winter of 2010,(I mean everything was replaced from the block up with new gaskets, belts, hoses, thermostat, even had the heads entirely planned & set back to factory new specs, a lot was spent & I have the receipts for all the parts), it started running ´funny´ last month, I took it to a buddies shop, we put it on the lift & the head gasket is leaking again, it´s obviously my fault as I should have stuck to fel-pro gaskets, but anyway, I really just don´t have the time right now to replace it again, so here it is for $2000 cash or will consider all trades, mainly interested in partial trades or full depending on trade value: on a colt defender lightweight, colt 1070rg 1911 w/ rail, dpms ar-10 in .308 or .223 w/ ss bull, Honda odyssey buggy, bobber or regular Honda motorcycle, (prefer at least 650cc +), 12-16ft enclosed trailer, outdoor activities, etc.., but will listen to anything, if your trade is worth more than $2000 I have some $ to boot to make up the difference, if it interests me.The leak really isn´t bad & not external, (also there is no visible antifreeze in the oil), the shop told me its the head gaskets & there is white smoke on start-up only. It runs just fine the way it is, but the computer has the check engine light on because it reads fouling from time to time. I am just trying to be honest with people. The trooper sells for $3500-4000 on ebay in full running condition, so I feel the price is fair especially since the actual cost of changing the gaskets is under $400, if you did it yourself, even if you had a shop fix it, you would still be a little $ ahead.Due to overwhelming response I am posting the ´average´ price a shop charges to do the work, to cut down on the emails:$1,000, this is due to the time it takes to get to the head gaskets, its easy, but time consuming.asking $2000 cash, as I have already put too much into this as is & any less I will just have to make the time to replace the gaskets, yet again, I have right at $1500 in receipts for all the parts alone, not to mention the fact I even had the rims completely sandblasted & powder coated in ´black-chrome´ & also powder coated in clear over that, for an additional $300Only other ´issues´ it has are: 2- of the widows need the sealant replaced that actually holds the windows on the guides, ( the window motors work flawless they just pop out of the little plastic guides, I can´t find any adhesive that works like the factory, other than a couple dings & scratches here & there, nothing major, its an excellent vehicle.I still drive it daily with NO issues, even windows are defrosted within´ 5-10 minutes.Thanks for the interest & looking! Details: Looking to trade my 94 Isuzu Rodeo for a Honda, might sell if price is right. This is one of the cleanest Rodeo´s around, always has been well taken care of. Its the LS model equipped with a v6, 4x4, power everything, automatic. Thing does great in the snow and gets great gas milage compared to other SUV´s. All in all is a great and very reliable SUV and I would trust it to go anywhere. Drive back and forth to north side of Indy twice a week. Pros-no check engine light, nice BfGoodrich tires, brand new starter, brand new brake pads all around, recent tune-up (fuel filter, plugs, wires, etc), new battery, whole front end suspension is new including upper/lower balljoints, inner/outer tierods, new cv axles. recent alignment, aftermarket speakers and radio, and probably more im forgetting.Cons- front brake rotors are warped so you can feel a slight vibration while braking at higher speeds (can fix if wanted), ebrake light is on because of bad sensor (20 dollar fix).I am a mechanic and have done all the work listed above myself, I am interested in trading for a Honda. Details: Looking to trade my 94 Isuzu Rodeo for a Honda, might sell if price is right. This is one of the cleanest Rodeo´s around, always has been well taken care of. Its the LS model equipped with a v6, 4x4, power everything, automatic. Thing does great in the snow and gets great gas milage compared to other SUV´s. All in all is a great and very reliable SUV and I would trust it to go anywhere. Drive back and forth to north side of Indy twice a week. Pros-no check engine light, nice BfGoodrich tires, brand new starter, brand new brake pads all around, recent tune-up (fuel filter, plugs, wires, etc), new battery, whole front end suspension is new including upper/lower balljoints, inner/outer tierods, new cv axles. recent alignment, aftermarket speakers and radio, and probably more im forgetting.Cons- front brake rotors are warped so you can feel a slight vibration while braking at higher speeds (can fix if wanted), ebrake light is on because of bad sensor (20 dollar fix).I am a mechanic and have done all the work listed above myself, I am interested in trading for a Honda.
